The company was founded by Paul Johnson in 2006. As Principal of Insurance Data Solutions Paul is meticulous in his approach to helping clients maximise the value of their data to improve business performance. In Paul’s early career he led development teams for broker software and multinational insurers. Recognising that data is the oil of the insurance business he spotted a niche and set up the company, successfully delivering over 100 comprehensive insurance data migrations for software vendors insurers and brokers.

Paul’s comprehensive knowledge of end to end insurance business processes, and ability to understand and solve the data challenges of business users has led the company to now offer a wide range of insurance data solutions (IDS) that are apt at transforming insurance data into a business asset.

Cheryl leads on sales and marketing initiatives and is passionate about customer care.

With a background in marketing and sales, Cheryl has supported her husband Paul in growing the company. As a business partner since 2007 her focus on developing the company brand has been instrumental in its success.

She is responsible for identifying new clients and nurturing business development and partnership opportunities. She ensures the team are well supported and as Data Protection Officer she also overseas information security and compliance supported by our managed security service provider Clear Thinking IT.
