Joining IDM as lead Data Migration Consultant at Insurance Data Migrations (IDM). They will play critical role in liaising with our clients and their software vendors to tailor and plan their migration strategies. The role will include helping to lead and manage IDM’s migration team and review tools and processes to streamline the migration suite and its continued improvement and efficiency.

With extensive experience in integration and data migration techniques across different insurance and financial systems which include General & Commercial Insurance, Life & Pensions and Wealth Management systems gives IDM the best of insurance & financial services knowledge, data governance, standards and procedures. 

They have spent over 16 years delivering large scale complex integration and data migration projects. This specialist expertise has been honed by leading migration teams for major insurance and financial organisations such as AXA, Barclays, Equitable Life, Save & Prosper, Amlin UK, Capita, Lendlease and Quilter Cheviot. They have also developed the Migration capability for HCL one of the world’s leading out sourcing companies as well as managing and training there off shore migration capability. They are used to working in high pressure and dynamic environments and has a proven track record in delivering major migration projects.
