Pan European Binder Management Data Migration for Leading lloyds Insurer

IDS successfully delivered a binder management data migration for a leading insurance company.  The data migration consolidated data from 3 binder systems across Europe into the insurers new BDX system.

The data was in varying formats and needed to be unified into the new system. The data spanned 7 years and included binder and coverholder information, bordereaux data, underwriter visits, financial reviews etc..

Additionally, IDM supplied new business rules to allow integration between the new binder management solution and the existing underwriting systems.

As a result of the migration the insurer can now report on binder business across the group easily.
