It is the Organisation’s declared policy to operate with and to maintain good relations with relevant regulatory bodies.
New City Software Ltd has prepared and published an Information Security Policy and a suite of information security aspect-specific IS policies, held as part of this IMS, that should be used in conjunction with this overall IMS Policy.

Ensure that the IMS Management Reviews set and review the IMS Objectives, and report on the IMS Internal Audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the processes and the effectiveness of the IMS
Ensure the availability of resources. All personnel understand the requirements of this IMS Policy and comply with the contents of the IMS.
The Organisation constantly monitors its performance and implements improvements when appropriate.
This IMS Policy is regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuing suitability.
Copies of the IMS Policy are made available to all members of staff and to relevant interested parties.
